Reiki

Reiki is an energetic healing technique that, through gentle touch, simultaneously balances the recipient and the practitioner. This technique can aid in balancing ones physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. The energy is channeled through the practioner's hands - which can be placed on the body, or just above certain points on the body.
Reiki energy can work on releasing blockages within the body so that life force may flow freely.
